Disconnecting and deleting are different. STOP ends the WhatsApp account link. It does not erase your existing private draft or other F&BSG records.
Request deletion from F&BSG
- Email contact@fnbsg.com from your registered email, with the subject F&BSG data deletion request.
- Say whether you want your WhatsApp link and drafts removed, a Facebook/Instagram connection and its saved data removed, or your F&BSG account and eligible associated information deleted. Include your WhatsApp number with country code if it is relevant, or the connected Page/business-account name. Do not send a password, login code, access token or identity document in the initial email.
- We verify ownership using the minimum information needed, confirm the scope, and process the request. If you cannot access your registered email, tell us; we will explain a secure alternative.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and provide an outcome or progress update within 30 days. These are service targets, not a waiver of any shorter applicable legal deadline. If more time is needed, we explain the reason and expected next step. Reply to the same email thread to check progress.
What we remove
For a verified WhatsApp-specific request, we remove the account link, unused linking challenges and requested private drafts, cancel pending bot replies, and remove or de-identify related event and reply records unless retention is necessary for a permitted legal or security purpose. This does not automatically delete unrelated paid-service or agreement records.
For a verified Facebook/Instagram disconnection and deletion request, we revoke or remove the saved integration credentials and remove eligible account identifiers and stored integration data. Removing our saved copy does not delete content already published on Facebook or Instagram; manage those copies on the relevant service.
For a full account request, we review associated information across F&BSG’s services. We explain any records retained for law, payments, agreements, disputes or security, the reason for retention and the applicable retention basis. Restricted backups expire through the backup cycle rather than being used to recreate deleted accounts.
Stop the WhatsApp bot without deleting your draft
Send STOP to the F&BSG bot you linked, or use Disconnect in your signed-in WhatsApp workspace. If the bot is unavailable or a test window has ended, email us instead. Your private draft remains available in your F&BSG account until separately deleted. You can also block the sender in WhatsApp.
Copies held by other services
Deleting information from F&BSG does not erase messages from your own or another person’s WhatsApp device, records retained independently by Meta, or agreement copies already received by another participant. Use the relevant provider’s privacy controls for those copies. Removing F&BSG from Facebook’s business integrations can revoke access, but send us a deletion request as well if you want eligible stored F&BSG data removed.
