1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, use an email account you control, keep access secure, and do not impersonate another person or organisation. One person may hold multiple legitimate marketplace roles.
2. What F&BSG provides
F&BSG provides technology for private discovery, structured comparison, matching, anonymous communication, consent-based introductions and optional paid digital services. F&BSG is not a broker, agent, lawyer, accountant, lender, escrow provider, investment adviser or party to a transaction.
3. Opportunities, briefs and matches
Users are responsible for the information they submit and for keeping it accurate and current. A match score or recommendation is an automated relevance signal, not a guarantee of availability, identity, suitability, funding, authority, performance or a completed transaction. F&BSG may review, pause, correct, reject or remove inaccurate, unsafe, stale, disputed or duplicate content.
4. Privacy, chat and introductions
Names and contact details may remain hidden during anonymous exploration and match-room discussions. Users must not evade contact controls by posting phone numbers, email addresses, external links or social handles. An introduction occurs only through the controls made available for that match. Messages may be moderated or retained for safety, disputes and legal obligations.
5. Verification reviews
A verification fee pays for review of submitted evidence; it does not buy or guarantee approval or a badge. A badge confirms only the specific information reviewed against the evidence and sources available on the review date. It is not an endorsement, credit check, proof of funds, warranty, professional opinion or comprehensive due diligence.
6. Indicative valuations
Valuation reports are estimates based on information supplied by the user and available benchmarks. They are not independent or formal valuations, offers, guarantees, or legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Actual value and sale price may differ. Users must verify inputs and obtain suitable professional advice before acting.
7. NDA workflow
F&BSG provides the document workflow, is not a party to the agreement, and does not provide legal advice or guarantee enforceability. The parties choose the terms and confirm their authority.
8. Fees, taxes and refunds
Prices and currency are shown before payment. Taxes may be added where required. Unless mandatory law gives you another right, digital-service sales are final once access, a review, report or document workflow is supplied. A verification fee remains payable when the outcome is more information required or unable to verify, because the purchased service is the review itself.
9. Reviews and conduct
Only a member with an active paid F&BSG verification may submit a review after participating in a recorded F&BSG match or interaction. Each participant may submit one review per match. Reviews must be honest, relevant and free of confidential, unlawful, abusive or retaliatory material. Reviews are moderated before publication, and F&BSG may investigate, withhold or remove manipulation, duplicate reviews, unrelated accounts or content that breaches these terms.
10. Prohibited use
Do not use F&BSG for fraud, unlawful discrimination, sanctions evasion, money laundering, harassment, scraping, spam, malware, security testing without permission, unauthorised access, deceptive listings, stolen documents, infringement, or attempts to identify an anonymous member outside the platform controls.
11. Intellectual property
F&BSG and its licensors own the platform, branding, design, software, report format and original editorial content. You keep ownership of information you submit and give F&BSG a limited licence to host, structure, display and process it only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service.
12. Availability and third parties
The service may change, be suspended or contain links and integrations operated by third parties. F&BSG does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability or separate terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, F&BSG is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative loss; lost opportunity, profit, goodwill or data; user-supplied information; counterparties; failed transactions; or decisions made from an indicative valuation, match, badge, review or template. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Suspension and termination
F&BSG may limit, suspend or close access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, non-payment, harmful conduct or breach of these terms. You may request account closure, subject to records that must be retained for payments, disputes, safety or law.
15. Disputes and governing law
Please contact F&BSG first so the issue can be reviewed. Unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise, these terms and disputes relating to the platform are governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified before they take effect. Questions can be sent to contact@fnbsg.com.
